FAQs
What counts as one personalized regatta report?
One day’s racing, with up to five boats you choose plus the day’s top performers. Following the same boats over three racing days uses three reports.
Can I change which boats are highlighted?
Yes. A new boat selection uses another report. Reopening or downloading an existing report does not.
Do included reports use my AI Credits?
No. Included regatta reports and SailSync-prepared training reports use no extra credits. FLO conversations and self-generated reports use the app’s AI credit table.
Which regattas can I get reports from?
Regattas with public TracTrac, MetaSail, or Vakaros tracking. For regattas with fewer than 20 sailors, at least one Gold account holder must request the event for it to be included. Gold includes up to 3 days of custom coverage per subscription month for these smaller regattas. Racer includes 3 personalized regatta reports per subscription month; Gold includes 10. Contact us if your regatta is missing.
Can I connect my own AI agent?
Yes. Connect a compatible AI agent through SailSync’s MCP tools or API to review your sailing data, find trends and build your own sailing coach. Standard includes rate-limited API/MCP support; Racer and Gold include MCP/API support. Your connection uses your account’s data access and the permissions you choose.
Can I build my own frontend to visualize my sessions?
Yes. Use SailSync as your backend and build your own frontend to visualize your sessions, GPS tracks and available race analysis. Create the dashboards, comparisons and debrief tools that work for you or your team.
